Our sales team members are our ‘Listeners-in-Chief.” They are the hunters and gatherers of essential information and details at the beginning of every project. With a consultative approach, they explore and analyze what the customer wants or needs — even if the customer doesn’t know what that is yet. They ask all the right questions, discuss budgets and share possible solutions, and then bring their cache and discovery back to the team. This is the point when the collaborative magic begins.
